This kit is a fun and rewarding way to make your own custom fit leather belt - No prior experience required. The belt blank included is high quality, USA Made, veggie tanned leather from the Wickett & Craig tannery. Each belt blank is 10oz Buck Brown harness leather OR 10-12oz Dark Brown Bridle Leather at 1.5” wide. The kit also includes handsome, quality Chicago screws and a roller buckle, both in antique bronze. This is a classic belt that will provide many years of service & beauty
This kit contains the leather, punching tools, templates, burnishing tools and hardware required to make high quality belt. You can just follow along with our step by step build tutorial. I’ve made these with lots of people now and everyone really enjoys the process and result
Once you have the templates and tools in this kit you’ll be able to order belt blanks & hardware and make belts that would be $70+ from the store for a third of the cost. If you want to make a few belts out of the gates you can order “refills” directly from us for $27.50 (HERE). Belt kit “refills” includes the leather belt blank, a buckle and Chicago screws
